BLRT Foundation supports engineering education

As part of the grant competition, annually held by the Estonian National Culture Foundation, the BLRT Foundation will support three students. This year the Foundation will accept applications from students in specialties of mechanical engineering, ship repair, shipbuilding, foundry industry, welding, offshore industry and organization of production. The total amount of scholarships will be 6000 euros.

"Estonian industry, as well as a whole economy, needs a new generation of talented engineers. We hope that with support of our foundation the names of three outstanding professionals will be added to this list in the near future "- said Mark Berman, Chairman of the Council of BLRT Foundation.

Applications with the required documents shall be submitted to the administrative council of the Foundation until 17 October.

The BLRT Foundation was established by industrial concern BLRT Grupp in 2012. The Foundation is the part of Estonian National Culture Foundation (in original language: Sihtasutus Eesti Rahvuskultuuri Fond) and focuses on support of talented young people receiving higher education. Members of administrative council of Foundation are Mark Berman, Raivo Vare, Indrek Neivelt, Anvar Samost and Karina Kond.
